Funds deposited to your Rkgg account are credited after the selected payment method confirms the transaction. This page explains accepted methods, limits, verification requirements, processing times, and security related to deposits.

Accepted Deposit Methods

  • Bank transfer: deposits are credited within 1–3 banking days; minimum deposit €25; maximum deposit per transaction €5,000; deposits must be made in the name of the Rkgg account holder; third party deposits are not allowed.
  • Card payments: deposits are typically processed instantly; minimum deposit €25; maximum per transaction €5,000; ensure the card holder name matches the Rkgg account; splitting deposits to circumvent limits is not permitted.
  • E-wallets: deposits are usually settled immediately; minimum €25; maximum per transaction €5,000; use only wallets registered to the account holder.
  • Cryptocurrency: deposits are credited after network confirmations; minimum equivalent of €25; maximum per transaction €25,000; network fees may apply; use addresses controlled by the account holder.

Deposit Limits and Currencies

Rkgg supports multiple currencies. Deposits must be conducted in the account's base currency. The minimum per deposit is generally €25 or the equivalent in your chosen currency; maximum per deposit is set by method and jurisdiction. Daily and monthly limits apply and are displayed during the deposit flow.

Identity Verification and Compliance

Rkgg carries out Know Your Customer and anti-money laundering checks in accordance with applicable law. Deposits may be temporarily held pending verification of identity and age. Users must be at least 18 years old where legally permitted. If the verification cannot be completed, deposits may be reversed or funds withheld until satisfactory documentation is provided.

Deposit Processing Time and Fees

Rkgg generally does not charge a deposit fee. Some payment processors may apply a network or service fee, which will be disclosed during the deposit process. Typical processing times:

  • Card and e-wallet deposits: usually immediate or within a few minutes.
  • Bank transfers: 1–3 banking days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Cryptocurrency deposits: timing depends on network confirmations, commonly within 10–60 minutes after broadcast, subject to network congestion.

Security and Fraud Prevention

All deposit data is protected by encryption during transmission and storage. Do not share your login details or payment credentials. Rkgg may request additional verification for high-value or unusual deposits to prevent fraud and protect players.

Deposit History and Tracking

Deposit activity can be reviewed in the Cashier section under Transaction History. Deposit statuses include Pending, Completed, or Rejected. If a deposit remains pending beyond the expected window, contact Support for assistance.
