Betting Rules
General Principles
The outcome of every market is regarded as final once the official result is determined. Bets on markets that are not resolved by the end of regular playing time are settled in accordance with the market description unless a separate rule expressly states otherwise. Bets on player specials are excluded from time-based settlement rules.
Acceptance, Void, and Corrections
The operator reserves the right to reject all or part of a bet without providing a reason. If a bet is not accepted, or is voided after acceptance, the stake is refunded. Palpable errors in event wording, odds, or start times, multiple identical bets, use of insider information, or attempts to manipulate the system may lead to bet cancellation. The operator may adjust or void bets if there is a valid reason communicated to the customer upon request.
Event Status, Postponement, and Abandonment
Bets may remain open if a match has not started or is postponed, provided kickoff occurs within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time. If kickoff is not achieved within 48 hours, unsettled bets on that event may be voided and stakes refunded. Markets that are already determined remain valid; markets pending determination may be settled according to the eventual result. If an event is abandoned after starting and not resumed within 48 hours, markets determined in the play are settled; all undecided markets are voided and stakes refunded. For two-leg ties, only markets linked to the postponed or abandoned leg are void; other markets on the tie remain active until decided.
Outright Markets and Play-or-Pay Rule
Outright markets (short-term and long-term) are subject to a play-or-pay principle. Bets on participants in an Outright market stand and are settled as losses even if the listed participant cannot take part, except for head-to-head markets, which are void if a listed participant is unable to compete. If a participant is replaced by another from the same team, team-based markets remain valid while individual participant markets may be void.
In-Play, Prematch Formats, and Duration Rules
Supported match formats for prematch and live bets are fixed-integer durations (for example, 2x25, 2x30, 2x35, 2x40, 2x45, 3x30). If a match duration falls outside the range of 50 minutes to 90 minutes, all markets related to that match are void. For 3x30 format, halftime is calculated as half of the total scheduled duration. The operator does not assume responsibility for unexpected format changes; settlement remains the customer’s risk and is accepted on registration.
Soccer/Football—General Settlement Rules
All match markets reflect the result at the end of the regular time, including permitted injury or stoppage time. Extra time, penalty shoot-outs, or golden goals do not count unless expressly included in the market description. In events with irregular schedules or changes to kick-off times, bets stand if placed before revised start times. If a match is not completed as scheduled and is not played on the same local date, bets on undecided markets are void unless otherwise stated.
Baseball (MLB) and Other Major Leagues
- Moneyline (Winner) is considered decided when official rulings declare the game finished and at least 5 completed innings (or 4.5 innings with the home team ahead). All other outcomes are void if not reached.
- For non-decided markets, if 9 innings are completed (or 8.5 innings with the home team ahead), such markets stand; otherwise, they are void.
- Pitched-related markets (Pitcher Lines) are void if the listed starting pitcher changes. Bets placed with a PL indicator are treated as Action Lines if the PL indicator is not visible and settle according to the final event outcome regardless of pitcher changes.
- In seven-inning games, markets stand if 7 innings are completed or 6.5 innings with the home team ahead; Moneyline is settled as described above.
Basketball and Other Team Sports
Settlement for basketball and similar sports follows standard rules based on final scores in regulation time or as defined in the specific market. In events decided by aggregate scoring or two-legged ties, settlement accounts for the normal time result, with overtime results ignored unless explicitly included in the market.
Tennis and Player Markets
Tennis markets remain open until a winner is declared by the organizing body. In cases of retirement, walkovers, defaults, or disqualification, all markets determined before the incident are settled; undecided markets are void unless otherwise stated. If a match is aborted before a decisive result, unsettled markets on players who have already scored or achieved a defined result may stand where applicable.
Scorers and Player-Related Bets
First goalscorer, last goalscorer, and anytime scorer bets apply to regular time. Own goals are excluded from scorer settlements and are counted as no scorer in markets that include the relevant player. If a scorer does not participate, bets on that player are void. If a match is abandoned after a scorer has occurred, bets on the first scorer may apply and bets on the last scorer are void; valid scorer bets are settled based on official statistics and broadcasted data.
Dead Heat and Shared Wins
In the event of a dead heat, stake portions are divided proportionally among winners. Settlements reflect the number of winners and the share of the stake. Dead heat rules apply only when the market involves more than two outcomes; for markets with explicit draw or tie options, standard rules on the tie apply as published in the market description.
Refunds, Corrections, and Regulatory Compliance
The operator reserves the right to correct or settle bets after review, including reversing settlements if the final official decision alters the result. If a market is opened with incorrect information or time, or if the event is found fraudulent or distorted, settlement may be voided or revised following the decision of the appropriate authorities. Bets may be voided or settled differently if required by regulatory compliance or official guidance.
Odds Presentation and Settlement Timelines
Odds displayed during betting are truncated to two decimal places. Total odds are calculated using a sixth-decimal rounding, while the total winnings are truncated to two decimal places. The maximum interval for post-settlement re-evaluation or re-settlement is 30 days from the initial settlement.
