Scope and purpose

Rkgg adopts a Responsible Gaming Policy to prevent gambling-related harm and to support players in maintaining control over their activity on our platform. This policy applies to all registered players and any products or services operated by Rkgg.

Core principles of protection

  • Fairness and transparency: information about limits, exclusions, and support is clearly disclosed, and game integrity is monitored by independent standards.

Account limits and budgeting tools

Rkgg provides practical controls to help players gamble within their means. Players may request limits on time spent in the user interface, daily/weekly/monthly deposit amounts, and overall expenditure over set periods. Limits take effect immediately when set and do not apply retroactively to past activity. Decreasing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period of seven (7) calendar days before it becomes effective.

Self-exclusion and time-out options

Self-exclusion is an explicit withdrawal from all gambling activities on Rkgg for a defined period or on an indefinite basis. Temporary self-exclusion options include 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, and 1 year. During a self-exclusion period, deposits and bets are prohibited; promotional offers are suspended. Self-exclusion prevents the creation of new accounts and the use of existing accounts for wagering or deposits, and promotional communications are withheld during the period. At the end of a temporary exclusion, we will notify the player by email and reactivate the account as soon as practicable.

Permanent self-exclusion is available upon request. Reactivation after permanent self-exclusion requires a written request and a cooling-off period of seven (7) calendar days, subject to an assessment of ongoing risk by Rkgg. We reserve the right to extend a self-exclusion period if a player communicates concerns or exhibits signs of problematic gambling behavior.

Time-out versus self-exclusion

A time-out is a shorter, voluntary pause that can be initiated via the Responsible Gaming tools and takes effect immediately. During a time-out, deposits and bets are blocked and promotional offers are withheld. A time-out can be revoked by the user in accordance with the procedures described for self-exclusion and time-limited restrictions.

Underage protection and age verification

Registration and participation are strictly prohibited for individuals under 18. Rkgg conducts age verification for all accounts. Any winnings attributed to underage activity will be canceled and not paid. We may suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be confirmed or is found to be invalid.

Filtration, parental controls and access management

We recognize the role of guardians in protecting minors from online gambling. We advise the use of standard content-filtering tools and parental controls to restrict access to gambling services on shared devices and networks. Control measures should be maintained by the account holder on devices used to access the platform.

Counseling resources and support

For players seeking help with gambling-related problems, Rkgg provides information about independent support services. Organizations offering counseling and support include Gambling Therapy, Gamblers Anonymous, and BeGambleAware. These services operate independently of Rkgg and are not affiliated with our platform.

Marketing communications from Rkgg promote responsible gaming. We provide clear information about limits, self-exclusion options, and available support services in all materials intended for players, avoiding sensational or misleading messaging.

Data protection and security

We process personal data and payments in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. Technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect data integrity and payment security throughout the user lifecycle.

Policy updates and governance

Rkgg may amend this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players, with a reasonable window of not less than two weeks for review. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
