General Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

These Terms govern use of the Rkgg online gaming platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms as amended from time to time. Rkgg may modify these Terms; updates will be published on the Platform and become effective upon posting. If you do not accept updates, discontinue use of the Platform.

2. Definitions

• Games means the casino and other wagering games offered on the Platform, including live dealer and slots.
• Services means all software services and features made available on the Platform.
• Software means any computer program required to be installed on your device to access and participate in the Services.

All content, including text graphics and software, is owned by Rkgg or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy modify reverse engineer distribute or translate the Software or any content. You may not use the Platform for any purpose beyond personal entertainment unless expressly authorized in writing by Rkgg. The rights granted to you are personal non transferable and non exclusive and do not vest in you any ownership interests.

4. Changes to Terms

Rkgg may amend these Terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the Platform. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance. If you disagree you must terminate the agreement. In case of conflict with local terms, the local terms prevail to the extent of the conflict. If a modification is unacceptable you may terminate.

5. Eligibility and Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must confirm you are not prohibited by law from using the Platform in your jurisdiction and that your use complies with all applicable laws.
• You may only hold one active account on the Platform.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and maintain it up to date.
• Rkgg may request verification of age and identity. You agree to provide documentation upon request. You acknowledge that failure to verify may lead to suspension or closure of the account and the withholding of funds.
• Your account must match the name on payment methods used to fund or withdraw from the account.
• Rkgg reserves the right to refuse registration and to close accounts without notice and without liability.
• Login details are confidential; you are responsible for all activity on your account.

6. Use of the Platform and Acceptable Conduct

You shall use the Platform for lawful purposes only. You must not engage in activities that damage, disrupt or degrade the Platform or other users. Prohibited conduct includes harassment, transmitting obscene or offensive content and interfering with normal operation. You shall not attempt to obtain confidential information about other users. You shall not use automated software, bots, or external devices to influence outcomes or to gain an unfair advantage. You shall not transfer funds between users or to other accounts. You shall not attempt to exploit vulnerabilities or participate in money laundering or fraud. You shall protect your login credentials and immediately notify support if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

7. Account Balances and Management

Rkgg maintains the user accounts and calculates the reserved amount and available to bet. The Available to Bet balance determines your betting limit. Amounts not yet staked are the Available to Bet. Calculations are final except for manifest error. Bets placed are binding and may not be cancelled after settlement money has been staked. Rkgg may suspend or reverse bets in the event of technical error or fraud.

8. Deposits

You may only participate in games when funds are available in your account. Rkgg does not extend credit. Deposits can be made via payment methods listed on the Platform. Some methods may incur charges. Rkgg may request additional identity verification for deposits. Funds deposited belong to you upon credit to your account. Deposits are not refundable after credits if used unlawfully.

9. Withdrawals

You may withdraw up to the Available to Bet balance by submitting a withdrawal request via the Platform. Withdrawals must be requested through the Platform; support channels will not process requests by telephone or email. Withdrawal methods vary; fees may apply; banks may charge additional fees. Rkgg may require identity verification prior to processing withdrawals. Withdrawals may be withheld if there is irregular or suspicious activity or if bonuses are active and wagering requirements are not met. Withdrawals are processed in the same method used for deposits unless otherwise agreed. Rkgg may set internal limits or reserve the right to refuse withdrawals in certain circumstances.

10. Bonuses and Promotions

Promotions are subject to terms and conditions set by Rkgg. Eligibility requires compliance with age and account requirements. Promotions carry wagering requirements set per promotion and are time limited. While a bonus is active, the maximum wager per spin or bet may be limited to a defined amount. Certain games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements; live casino games may be excluded. If a bonus is not wagered within the specified period, winnings and bonus amounts may be forfeited. Misuse or fraudulent activity related to bonuses may lead to confiscation of deposits or winnings and closure of the account. Rkgg reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without notice. In case of discrepancy the English language version governs.

11. Responsible Gaming and Safety

13. Anti Money Laundering and Compliance

Rkgg shall comply with applicable anti money laundering and countering financing of terrorism obligations. KYC procedures include verification of identity and source of funds. You may be asked to provide documents. Rkgg may report suspicious activity to authorities. Funds must originate from legitimate sources.

14. Intellectual Property Rights

All site content and Software are owned by Rkgg and licensors. You may not copy reproduce adapt distribute or create derivative works without written consent. The trademarks and service marks used on the Platform are the property of Rkgg or its licensors. You acquire no rights in the content by using the Platform.

15. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided as is and as available. Rkgg makes no warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or non infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rkgg and its affiliates are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; the aggregate liability is limited to the amount you have paid to Rkgg in the preceding 12 months or such other limit set by law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify defend and hold harmless Rkgg and its officers directors employees and licensors from any losses damages costs or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms; misuse; or violation of law; or any third party claims arising from your use of the Platform. This obligation survives termination of the Agreement.

17. Termination and Suspension

Rkgg may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or for illegal or fraudulent activity. On termination, Rkgg will return the Available to Bet balance less any withdrawal charges and necessary settlement of outstanding bets in its sole discretion and subject to applicable law. Rkgg may also withhold funds for security or compliance purposes. You may close your account at any time by contacting support; withdrawal of available funds will be subject to these Terms.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rkgg is licensed. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the courts or arbitration in that jurisdiction, subject to applicable mandatory law. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction and venue for such proceedings.

19. Notices

Any notice required by these Terms shall be sent via the Platform or by registered email to the address provided by you during registration. Notices shall be considered delivered when posted or when delivered by email in accordance with applicable law.

20. Entire Agreement; Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rkgg relating to the Platform and supersede all prior communications. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
